Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are seeking compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team!

Location: New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living and personal care.
  • Support independence and community activities.
  • Promote safety, dignity, and well-being.
  • Maintain daily records and follow care plans.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Caring, patient, and dependable.
  • Experience preferred but not required.

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time
